The Role, Responsibilities and Eligibility:

  • Overseeing Daily Operations:

  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
    • Ensure the smooth functioning of office processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance:

  • Administering medications and treatments.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete patient records.

Kilsyth Medical Centre is a community General Practice in Kilsyth. We are currently expanding our services and seeking a dedicated On-Site Podiatrist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive foot assessments and biomechanical evaluations.
  • Providing diagnosis and treatment plans for a variety of foot and lower limb conditions.
  • Performing minor surgical procedures such as nail surgeries and wart treatments.
  • Prescribing custom orthotics and recommending appropriate footwear.
  • Educating patients on foot care practices and preventative measures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Podiatry and current registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical podiatry practice, preferably in a primary care setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
